Notes
You should not take Sambucol Original on an empty stomach, for best results take this product after a meal. The amount of liquid you should take will depend on your age and the time of year. The recommended daily dose for Spring through Autumn is:
- Adults and children over 12: 10ml (2 x 5ml teaspoons) a day
- Children aged 3 – 12: 5ml (1 x 5ml teaspoon) a day
The recommended daily dose for Winter is:
- Adults and children over 12: 10ml (2 x 5ml teaspoons) four times a day
- Children aged 3 – 12: 10ml (2 x 5ml teaspoons) twice a day
