Eating a diet that contains foods rich in Zinc, such as meats, shellfish, legumes, seeds, nuts, eggs, dairy, whole grains or even dark chocolate can help to maintain healthy levels of this multifunctional mineral, however some people prefer to top-up by taking a daily supplement.
Our handy daily supplement provides 3.75mg of Zinc from Zinc Gluconate in each lozenge, plus 60mg of Vitamin C. Our in-house experts have selected a tummy friendly ‘low acid’ form of Vitamin C, Calcium Ascorbate, great for those with a sensitive stomach. Our Zinc Lozenges also contain 25mg of Rosehip powder, an additional and natural source of Vitamin C. These refreshing, mint-flavoured lozenges should ideally be sucked slowly and can be taken up to 4 times per day. Our handy Zinc Lozenges are suitable for a wide variety of dietary needs, they are naturally sweetened with stevia and completely vegan friendly.
