Superior quality of olive oil obtained directly from the olive. It is produced from the first pressing only of the finest olive. It superb aroma and flavour make all the difference not in salad dressing but also in sauleering, frying and all oil based sauces. Olive oil turn cloudy at temperature below 10 degree centigrade. This is quite natural and indicate that the oil has not been refined or excessively filtered.
