Expecting it to be white? You're not alone! We're often asked why our coconut jam has a rich brown colour since it's made from 100% coconut ingredients. This is because it's made from pure coconut nectar and coconut milk, and coconut nectar is naturally brown. It's then caramelised together with coconut milk to create a velvety, melt-in-the-mouth spread. Preservative free, gluten free and packed full of goodness, coconut jam is vegan friendly, organic and free from any nasties.
