Plantago is a perennial herb and provides a nutritious food source to wildlife as well as agricultural animals. Culpepper, the well known herbalist, described the herb as both astringent and soothing.
Ingredients
Tincture of organically grown fresh leaves and flowers of Plantago lanceolata (Lance Leaf Plantain), extracted in alcohol (49%V/V).
Notes
Adults: 15 drops 2 to 3 times a day, in a little water.
Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age twice daily in a little water.
Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose.
